Allow Third Parties in the Presidential Debates.
Petition to allow third party Presidential candidates into the national debates. We submit that any Presidential candidate that has achieved ballot access in enough states to win the electoral college should be allowed to be heard. There have been false accusations in the past that this would lead to hundreds of candidates. This is simply not true. Had this policy been in effect in 2000 there would have only been four additional candidates on the stage. Surely if we can decide between thousands of products at the supermarket we can decide between six Presidential candidates.
